Fan Safety Guidelines

The well-being of our guests and staff is always our top priority, and as we return to sporting events, games and live events, concerts and family shows, heightened sanitization, health, and safety protocols will be in place at Yuengling Center. The new procedures and processes follow guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local agencies.

Face coverings that cover both the nose and mouth are always required to be worn inside Yuengling Center and on Yuengling Center Grounds (including parking lots and plazas), except when actively eating and drinking in a ticketed seat. All persons age two (2) years and older must wear a cloth face covering.

Hand sanitizer dispensers have been installed throughout Yuengling Center and can be found throughout the arena concourse for use.

Guests should practice physical distancing inside and outside of Yuengling Center.

We ask that guests maintain at least six (6) feet of distance between other patrons outside of their immediate party as they arrive at arena entrances. Guests will go through a minimal-contact security screening.

An established sanitization team, solely focused on high touchpoints in the arena, will regularly be cleaning. This team is using electrostatic sprayers to sanitize all the surfaces prior to any guests entering the facility.

High touch surfaces and heavily trafficked areas within Yuengling Center will be cleaned and disinfected throughout events. After every event, all spaces and seating areas will go through an additional disinfection process.

Restrooms will be sanitized and cleaned frequently. Some stalls, urinals and sinks will be closed to facilitate physical distancing. Guests must wash their hands before returning to their seats.

Personal bags that are smaller than 12x12x12" and made of clear PVC vinyl will be permitted inside Yuengling Center, while large bags, backpacks, wrapped packages, etc. will not be permitted inside the venue and should be taken back to the guest’s vehicle. Parenting and Medical Bags will be permitted.

All tickets will be digital and available on guests’ mobile devices.

Tickets purchased for USF games can be managed by downloading the South Florida Bulls mobile app from your phone’s app store.

Tickets purchased for Yuengling Center events will be available through the Ticketmaster mobile app.

Seating charts and event capacities will be determined per event. Unique seating maps will be created for each event to allow for distancing between seated groups.

Elevators will be available for use for guests with ADA needs and will follow social distancing practices. Only 3 guests allowed per elevator. Touchpoints will be sanitized regularly.

Capacities will be limited within the USF team store and at retail operation points to allow for physical distancing while shopping. Markers will be located on floor to allow for physical distancing during check out.

Food & beverage operations will continue to comply with applicable health and safety regulations.
