Services for Guests with a Disability
Accessible seating is located throughout the arena. Based on the event, there may be seats available on the floor level, main concourse level, or the upper level. Before purchasing tickets, please inform the ticket office of your need to sit in a disabled section. If you are injured after you have already purchased tickets, please contact the original point of purchase so they can accommodate you to the best of their abilities.
Accommodations are available for one companion per ADA guest.
For ticketed events, all seating within an accessible section must be purchased.
Non Ticketed Events
For most non- ticketed events, accessible seating is available on a first come, first served basis for guests with a disability. Due to limited capacity on the concourse level, patrons with disabilities may be asked to sit in the upper level Accessible Seating Areas once the concourse level ADA seating is filled.
To the extent space permits, One (1) companion accompanying a person with a disability may use the Accessible Seating areas; however, no additional seats may be saved or reserved for additional family or companions to ensure enough accessible seating for individuals with disabilities.
Any companions attending an event can sit with an accessible patron. For ticketed events, each seat must be purchased. For non- ticketed events, each accessible patron will be allowed one companion to sit with them.
Parking is available for ADA guests in all parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests requiring ADA parking must display official placards. Parking is available at regular parking rates.
All gates are within a short walking distance to the building and offer flat surfaces for easy access to the building. An elevator is located in the Gate D lobby for access to floor or upper level seating.
There are a few power outlets within each disabled section on the main level for recharging wheelchairs, respirators, etc. For assistance, please see a guest services staff member. If you are in need of power, please let the ticket office know at the time of ticket purchase.
Tampa Fire Rescue will be present for all events and can assist and treat most medical issues. If there is a need for transport, that will be coordinated by Tampa Fire Rescue as well.
Service animals are permitted within the facility. Please have your animal clearly marked upon arrival. Guest Services Staff will assist with seating.
Yuengling Center does not have wheelchairs available for use. Wheelchairs and walkers are permitted. Walkers may be stored under your seat, or checked at our Guest Services desk.
Wheelchairs may be checked at our Guest Services Desk at Gate A - see any Yuengling Center staff member for information.
A patron with an assisted walker may fold it up and store it by their seat as long as it does not block aisles. Walkers may also be checked at the Gate A guest services desk.
Assistive Listening Devices
Yuengling Center has a limited number of Assistive Listening Devices which are available event by event on a first come first served basis at the Guest Services booth in the Gate A lobby. If you would like to reserve the device in advance, please contact us at (813) 974-3111 at least 24 hours prior to the day of show and we would be happy to put one aside under your name at the Guest Services booth. To pick up the device on event day, you will need to provide a valid photo ID which will be kept by our staff until the device is returned at the end of the event.
For more information, please contact the Yuengling Center administrative office at 813-974-3111.
