RYAN CASTRO ANNOUNCES “SENDÉ THE LAST DANCE” TOUR STOP IN TAMPA
TAMPA, FL – Following the massive success of the first U.S. leg of his SENDÉ World Tour, which saw him headline and sell out some of the country's most iconic arenas including Miami's Kaseya Center, New York's Barclays Center, and Los Angeles' Intuit Dome, global phenomenon Ryan Castro is set to return to the United States this fall with "SENDÉ THE LAST DANCE," a 16-city tour that marks the final chapter of the SENDÉ era, with a stop at Tampa’s Yuengling Center on Saturday, Sept. 19 at 8:30 p.m.
Kicking off in September, SENDÉ THE LAST DANCE serves as the closing chapter of a creative era inspired by Castro's critically acclaimed Caribbean-influenced projects SENDÉ and HOPI SENDÉ, two dancehall-driven albums that drew from his transformative years living in Curaçao and helped expand his sound onto the global stage. The run launches on Sunday, Sept. 6 in Atlantic City before making stops in Boston, Washington, D.C., Orlando, San Antonio, San Jose, Denver, Las Vegas and more, bringing the final chapter of the SENDÉ era to fans across North America.
Artist and venue presales for SENDÉ THE LAST DANCE begin on Wednesday, June 3 at 10:00 a.m. and run through Thursday, June 4 at 8:00 a.m. Fans can access the Artist Presale using the password SENDE. General public ticket sales begin on Thursday, June 4 at 10:00 a.m.
Fans can also pre-register HERE to receive exclusive updates and be the first to hear about special upcoming announcements in key markets, including New York.
The announcement arrives amid a banner year of touring success for Ryan Castro. After recently wrapping the Latin American leg of his SENDÉ World Tour, the Colombian star delivered standout performances across Argentina, Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador and Chile's Movistar Arena, in addition to a landmark stop at Costa Rica's Parque Viva, which drew more than 17,000 fans after selling out in just 24 hours. The momentum continues with his upcoming stadium concert at Bogotá's Estadio El Campín on Saturday, Oct. 31, which sold out in less than an hour, further cementing Ryan's status as one of the most powerful touring acts in Latin music today.
Beyond the touring milestones, Ryan Castro has continued to build on one of the most successful periods of his career. His collaborative album with J Balvin, OMERTA, debuted in the Top 10 of Spotify's Global Albums Debut Chart, while "La Villa" with Kapo became one of the year's biggest crossover Latin hits, reaching No. 1 on both Billboard's Latin Airplay and Latin Rhythm Airplay charts. Earlier this year, Castro also delivered a standout surprise appearance during Karol G's Weekend 2 set at Coachella, adding another high-profile moment to an already remarkable run.
