Baby-Changing Stations

Baby-changing stations are available in all restrooms and family restrooms.

Bag Searches

Personal bags must be smaller that 12x12x12". These are subject to search upon entry. Backpacks are not permitted (parenting/diaper bags and medical bags are permissible). 

Banners and Signs

Signs are permitted, but are limited to standard poster board size. Signs cannot be mounted on any poles or sticks of any kind. We ask all patrons to be courteous to others and not to obstruct the view of another guest with signs. This policy is subject to change pending tour request.

Box Office

Bicycle Parking

Bicycle parking is located in front of all gates at Yuengling Center.

Bottles and Containers

Guests are not permitted to bring outside bottles or containers inside Yuengling Center.

Camera Policy

Small, non-professional cameras are allowed in the building for most events. Professional cameras can be classified as any camera with a detachable lens. Policy is subject to change per each tour's request.

Child's Ticket Policy

All children under the age of two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for all events, provided they sit on a parents' lap throughout the event. The age limit is subject to change based on tour request.

Dress Code Policy

Wearing costumes, including masks, that cover your entire face is not permitted inside of the venue.

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an emergency, Yuengling Center staff will provide instructions and direct guests to the nearest emergency exit. Please follow the instructions of the staff and proceed in a calm and safe manner. Guests should use stairwells only to evacuate.

Family Restrooms

For your convenience, Yuengling Center has four family restrooms, including standard toiletries and include a baby-changing table.

Fan Code of Conduct

In addition to providing excellent customer service in all of our fan relations, the Yuengling Center “Fan Code of Conduct” was developed to assist in providing a safe and fun atmosphere for all fans.

Yuengling Center is dedicated to creating a unique fan experience. Our fans are among the most loyal fans in the Tampa Bay Area, exemplifying community support. The perception of our venue is constructed by all associated parties, inclusive of our players, coaches, entertainers, employees and most importantly—our fans. In order to generate a high level of service for each event, we need the help of each and every fan to maintain our Code of Conduct. Yuengling Center management reserves the right to deny entry to the facility or eject fans displaying undesirable behavior, as determined by event personnel or management.

The following are several guidelines that have been established to ensure our events are successful and enjoyable for all fans:

All fans should:

  • Sit only in your ticketed seat and show ticket(s) to a Yuengling Center representative upon request.

  • Keep their feet off other fan’s seats. Fans are not permitted to stand on seats at any time.

  • Please restrict movement in the seating area during event action.

  • Contact the nearest Yuengling Center representative if there are any issues; never escalate matters and never handle issues by yourselves.

  • Adhere to the “Prohibited Items” list when entering the facility.

Any fans committing the following actions may have their tickets revoked, become ejected from the venue or be subject to arrest (Ejected fans do not receive a refund for their ticket(s) nor are they compensated in any way):

  • Displaying inappropriate or improper behavior towards other fans and/or employees of Yuengling Center.

  • Using disruptive language and/or gestures that are abusive. (including signage or physical harassment)

  • Wearing obscene or disruptive clothing that may be offensive to others.

  • Attempting to gain access to restricted areas without proper accreditation or premium areas without proper ticket or authorization.

  • Misuse of tickets and/or credentials.

  • Intoxication or other substance impairment that results in disruptive behavior.

  • Interfering with event action, including throwing objects of any kind anywhere.

  • Violating the University and State no smoking legislation.

  • Causing physical damage to the building or property surrounding Yuengling Center.

  • Violation of Yuengling Center rules, regulations and policies.

Our building staff and event personnel are always available for our fans to rely on and to help ensure that each and every fan has a positive and memorable experience at Yuengling Center.

First Aid

In case of an emergency, a First Aid room is located near the Gate A lobby. This room is serviced during events by Tampa Fire Department.

Food and Beverages Brought to Yuengling Center

Guests may not bring food and/or beverages into Yuengling Center. Guests may dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entering the facility. Guests with specific dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact us, and we are happy to accommodate.

 

Guest Services

Guest Services is located on the main concourse in Gate A. Guest Services representatives are available to assist you with any needs on event days.

Lost and Found

If you lose an item during an event at the Yuengling Center,  please visit Guest Services located at Gate A. After an event, contact Lost and Found during business hours at 813.301.6502 or email lostandfound@viniksportsgroup.com with a description of the item and the date the item was lost. If an item is turned in that matches your description, you will be contacted to verify details of the item. Driver's licenses, credit and debit cards will be held for 48 hours and then destroyed. All other unclaimed items will be held for 30 days and then discarded or donated. Yuengling Center management assumes no responsibility for items lost at events.

Parking

Prohibited Items

To help ensure your safety, Yuengling Center has strict security measures designed to help all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience while attending an event at Yuengling Center.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  Your Safety is always our first concern.

The Following items are not permitted at Yuengling Center Events:

  • Cameras meeting designated event standards will be permitted
  • Weapons of any kind
    • Sworn local, state, and federal law enforcement officers attending nonticketed university events (e.g. Commencement) who are within their jurisdiction and who are authorized by their respective agency to carry a firearm while off-duty, may enter the Yuengling Center with a concealed firearm upon presenting their badge and identification card to authorized security personnel
  • Pepper Spray or Mace
  • Wallet chains
  • Cans, Bottles and Glass
  • Long Chains/Sharp Spikes
  • Large Bags
  • Laser Pointers
  • Food, Drinks & Alcohol
  • Air Horns/Noise Makers
  • Offensive Banners/Posters
  • Sticks or Poles of any kind
  • Controlled Substances
  • Chairs, folding chairs or any other type of individual chair for use
  • Coolers
  • Wrapped gifts
  • Skateboards
  • Balloons

Re-Entry Policy

Yuengling Center has a no re-entry policy. For emergencies and special exceptions, please visit Guest Services located in the Gate A lobby.

Refunds or Exchanges

Security

We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have any questions, please contact the nearest Yuengling Center representative or visit Guest Services located inside the Gate A lobby.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted within the facility.

Smoking Policy

Smoking, tobacco use, and use of related products, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited on all University of South Florida Tampa Campus property, including Yuengling Center.

Strollers

Strollers that can be folded and placed under your seat are preferred. If strollers are large or cannot be folded, we'd be happy to check it for you at the Guest Services desk at Gate A.

Weapons

No weapons of any kind are permitted at ticketed events in Yuengling Center.

**Sworn local, state, and federal law enforcement officers attending nonticketed university events (e.g. graduation) who are within their jurisdiction and who are authorized by their respective agency to carry a firearm while off-duty, may enter the Yuengling Center with a concealed firearm upon presenting their badge and identification card to authorized security personnel.
