Accessible Parking

ADA parking is located in all parking lots at Yuengling Center on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking fees are still assessed, and ADA placards are required to utilize these spaces.

Accessible Seating

ADA seating is located throughout the arena. Based on the event, there may be seats available on the floor level, main concourse level, or the upper level. ADA tickets for events may be purcchaed online on Ticketmaster, or by phone at 800.745.3000.

Aisle Courtesy

For the safety of all our guests, standing or sitting in the aisle is not permitted. Please be  aware of your surroundings and be courteous to those around you.

Alcohol Service Management/Policy

All alcohol purchases must be made with a valid state issued driver’s license. Patrons must be 21 years of age and will be asked to present a valid ID. Guests are not permitted to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages, nor are they permitted to leave the building with alcohol purchased inside Yuengling Center. Yuengling Center reserves the right to refuse admittance.


International food service giant, ARAMARK offers fine catering services and delicious concessions at nine unique stands inside the arena concourse and the Fifth Third Bank Club.  ARAMARK is the exclusive food and beverage provider of Yuengling Center. 

Assisted Walkers

Walkers are permitted at Yuengling Center. If a walker cannot be stored under your seat, please notify your closest usher, who will check the item at Guest Services during your event.

Assistive Listening Devices

For guests that need audio assistance, please stop by the Guest Services desk located in  the Gate A lobby to receive a device. A valid ID is required to check out a device, and will be held at Guest Services during the event, and returned upon return of the device.


ATMs are located on the concourse level of Gate A and Gate D as well as outside the Gate A Entrance.


Baby-Changing Stations

Baby-changing stations are available in all restrooms and family restrooms.

Backstage Passes

Backstage passes are not available for purchase.

Bag Searches

Bags must be smaller that 12x12x12in, and are subject to search upon entry. Backpacks are not permitted (diaper bags are permissible). 

Banners and Signs

Signs are permitted, but are limited to standard poster board size. We ask all patrons to be courteous to others and not to obstruct the view of another guest with signs. This policy is subject to change pending tour request.

Basketball Game Length

Men's Basketball: There are (2) 20 minute halves. On average a game lasts approximately 2 hours.

Women's Basketball: There are (4) 10 minute quarters. On average a game lasts approximately 2 hours.

Bicycle Parking

We encourage patrons to utilize bicycles whenever possible! Bicycle parking is located in front of all gates at Yuengling Center.


Binoculars are permitted.

Bottles and Containers

Guests are not permitted to bring outside bottles or containers inside Yuengling Center.

Box Office

The main box office is located at Gate A. The box office sells tickets for Yuengling Center and USF Athletics.

Broken Seats

If your seat is broken, please contact your nearest usher or report to the Guest Services  desk located in Gate A


Camera Policy

Small, non-professional cameras are allowed in the building for most events. Professional cameras can be classified as any camera with a detachable lens.  Policy is subject to change per tour request.

Cancelled/Postponed Events

In the rare event that an event must be cancelled or postponed, refund details will be provided to all guests, and will be listed on the Yuengling Center website and social media platforms.

Child’s Ticket Policy

All children under the age of two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for all events, provided they sit on a parents' lap throughout the event. The age limit is subject to change based on tour request.

Coat Check

There is no coat check at Yuengling Center

Credit Card Policy

Yuengling Center ticket office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Yuengling Center Concessions stands accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  USF Dining Dollars are also accepted at the Gate D stand and West Stand.


Directions to Yuengling Center

From St. Petersburg/Clearwater

Take 275 North to Fowler Avenue in North Tampa. Exit right at Fowler and  proceed 3 miles to main campus entrance on north side of Fowler. Turn left into main entrance. To proceed to all athletic facilities, take the first right, once inside the main  campus, on Alumni Drive. Yuengling Center and baseball field are immediately ahead on  Alumni Drive. Soccer, Softball and Tennis facilities are all north of Yuengling Center.

From Sarasota and All Points South

Take 75 North to Fowler Avenue exit, which is the first exit north of I-4. Veer left off of  Fowler exit and proceed three miles to Bull Run (Yuengling Center/Sun Dome marquee). Turn north (right)  on Bull Run and Yuengling Center and baseball field are immediately ahead. All other facilities are due north.

From All Points North

Take 75 South to Fowler Avenue exit. Veer right to Fowler and proceed three miles to  Bull Run (Yuengling Center/Sun Dome marquee). Turn north (right) on Bull Run and Yuengling Center and  baseball field are immediately ahead. All other facilities are due north.

Distribution of Materials

Yuengling Center does not allow unauthorized distribution of material. If you have interest in marketing and advertising opportunities contact our Marketing department.

Door Opening Times

Door opening times may vary depending on the type of event. Please check our website or call for door times.

Dress Code

There is no specific dress code, but Yuengling Center asks all guests to be dressed appropriately for all events.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Points

The drop-off and pick-up point is outside of Gate B entrance at the corner of Bull Run Drive.



The guest elevator is located inside Gate D Lobby. Typically, this elevator is reserved for guests who are mobility challenged.

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an emergency, Yuengling Center staff will provide instructions and direct guests to the nearest emergency exit. Please follow the instructions of the staff and proceed in a calm and safe manner. Guests should use stairwells only to evacuate.

Family Restrooms

First Aid

In case of an emergency, a First Aid room is located near the Gate A lobby. This room is serviced during events by Tampa Fire Department.

Food and Beverages Brought to Yuengling Center

Guests may not bring food and/or beverages into Yuengling Center. Guests may dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entering the facility. Guests with specific dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should call 813-974-3111 or email us, and we are happy to accommodate.


General Admission

Under certain circumstances, a Yuengling Center event will have general admission seating or a GA floor, allowing guests to sit anywhere inside the facility, or in the designated GA area. Please check your ticket to confirm whether your seat is General Admission, or if you have purchased a GA floor ticket.

Group Tickets

Yuengling Center maintains a full-service group sales department that provides personal, one-on-one coordination of event outings for community and corporate groups for the teams and other sporting events as well as annual touring shows or concerts. Group offers are available on an event-to-event basis. Call our Group Sales Department for information at 813-301-6900.

Guest Services

Guest Services is located on the main concourse in Gate A. Guest Services representatives are available to assist you with any needs on event days.

Inclement Weather Policy

If a Yuengling Center event is postponed or cancelled due to inclement weather, please visit our website or call the ticket office.

Interpretive Services

Guests in need of interpreter services are asked to call 813-974-3111 or email us for accommodation.

Intoxicated Guests

Yuengling Center reserves the right to deny entry to any guest that appears to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Yuengling Center encourages all guests to consume responsibly.

Loge Suites

Yuengling Center loge suites offer comfortable seating on the south side of the building. There are 10 loge suites for a total of 58 great seats in the lower level. Loge suites are semi private and a great space to enjoy all Yuengling Center events!

Loge Suite event rentals include:

  • 8 tickets in semi-private loge suite
  • Dedicated suite attendant
  • 2 premium parking passes
  • All-inclusive food and beverage package

Lost and Found

Lost and found is located in the Gate A lobby at the Guest Services Stand. See any staff member for assistance. Guests may also call our admin office at 813-974-8923.

The mascot for the University of South Florida, is “Rocky D. Bull”.  Shortly after the University's inception in 1956, a contest was held that would determine the University's mascot.  The Golden Brahman was ultimately selected and unveiled as the mascot on November 17, 1962.

The USF athletics teams were known as the Golden Brahmans until the earlier 1980s, when the name was simplified to the Bulls.

Media Access

Medical Emergencies

Tampa Fire Rescue will be present for all events and can assist and treat most medical issues. If there is a need for transport, that will be coordinated by Tampa Fire Rescue as well.


The Team Store, operated by Barnes and Noble, is located at Gate A for Athletic Events and Commencements.  Oui Vend handles special events and concerts with locations at Gate A and throughout the facility.



Outside Vending

The selling or sampling of merchandise, food, beverage, tickets or other items on the property without written authorization by Yuengling Center management is strictly  prohibited.

Oversized Vehicles Parking

Oversized vehicle parking varies per show. Please email us for more information.



Parking is located around Yuengling Center - parking passes are available for purchase on Ticketmaster (Lot 6) or Parking Panda (all other lots) - see individual event pages on our website for more information.

To help ensure your safety, Yuengling Center has strict security measures designed to help all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience while attending an event at Yuengling Center.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  Your Safety is always our first concern.

The Following items are not permitted at Yuengling Center Events:

    • Sworn local, state, and federal law enforcement officers attending nonticketed university events (e.g. graduation) who are within their jurisdiction and who are authorized by their respective agency to carry a firearm while off-duty, may enter the Yuengling Center with a concealed firearm upon presenting their badge and identification card to authorized security personnel

Refunds for most postponed or canceled events are available at point of purchase.

Removal Policy

Yuengling Center reserves the right to remove any guest that is deemed disruptive
and/or abusive to other guests, staff and players.

Men’s and Women's restrooms are located in all 4 quadrants of the main concourse. Restrooms are also located within all hospitality spaces.

Service Animals

Smoking Policy

Smoking, tobacco use, and use of related products, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited on all University of South Florida Tampa Campus property, including Yuengling Center.

Standing on seats or in aisles is not permitted in Yuengling Center. 


Strollers that can be folded and placed under your seat are preferred. If strollers are large or cannot be folded, we'd be happy to check it for you at the Guest Services desk at Gate A.



Tailgating is not permitted.

Team Store

The Team Store is located in the Gate A lobby. Athletic merchandise and other fan favorites can be purchased there.

Tickets are available for purchase at the Yuengling Center ticket office at Gate A, Ticketmaster retail locations, Ticketmaster by phone (800.745.3000) or Ticketmaster.com.

Ticketmaster Exchange Policy

No refunds or exchanges are available unless a Yuengling Center event is postponed or canceled. If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed please contact Ticketmaster’s customer service line at 800.653.8000.

Purchases through Ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster phone or Ticketmaster retail outlets are subject to a Ticketmaster facility fee, convenience and facility fee.

Ticket Scalping

Florida Law prohibits the reselling of tickets on Yuengling Center Property.

Ticket Stubs

Your ticket stub is proof that you are in possession of a valid ticket for the event you are  attending. You may be asked to present your ticket stub to verify your seat location.



Umbrellas are permitted in Yuengling Center. They must be closed and placed under your seat.


Video and Audio Equipment Policy

Video and audio recording equipment is not permitted in Yuengling Center unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

No weapons of any kind are permitted at ticketed events in Yuengling Center.

Yuengling Center does not provide wheel chairs for personal use. If you do not want to use your personal chair, we are happy to check it for you at the Gate A Guest Services desk. Accessible seating can be purchased through Ticketmaster.

Will Call

Will Call is located outside of Gate A. Time varies on event days. Please be prepared with a photo I.D. when picking up tickets.
